When detailing the system, make sure to keep the details simple and easy to follow.  Many times people when people are training other people, they forget what it was like when they were first starting out.  The terminology was new and maybe they were new to the product as well.  So it’s important to put yourself in the shoes of the new person and take all the confusion out of starting multi level marketing business.

Many franchise businesses want each store to be exactly the same in both standards of service and product.  In order to accomplish this, they had to lay out a step by step guideline for the standard of excellence that their company depends on.

The same philosophy needs to apply to your multi level marketing business too.  You will want to know that your downline is providing the same customer care and excellence in service that you are building your business with.

Multi level marketing is based on people working together and helping each other build a business together.  Multi level marketing is more than just a job, it is about how you represent the product or service you’re selling, and how you are building income together with other people.
